HUBRIS!
So I made a pot pie in the oven, and as I was ever so gently separating the crust edge from the cardboard bowl, I thought to myself, “There is nothing quite as satisfying as a perfect flip of a pot pie.” When I flipped it onto the plate, the ENTIRE TOP HALF stayed in the bowl. I then yelled aloud, to my empty apartment, “GASP! HUBRIS!”
